1. Scope of Services
VETERINARIANS INTERNATIONAL INC (the "Advertiser") agrees to comply with all Microsoft Advertising Policies and Terms of Service when creating, managing, or publishing advertisements ("Ads") on the Microsoft Advertising network. This includes adherence to content guidelines, targeting practices, and data privacy requirements.

2. Compliance with Laws and Policies
The Advertiser shall:

• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the FTC Act, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act.
• Adhere strictly to Microsoft Advertising Policies and Content Guidelines .
• Ensure all Ads and landing pages are accurate, non-misleading, and free from prohibited content (e.g., illegal products, malware, adult content).

3. Prohibited Content
The Advertiser will not promote:

• Veterinary services requiring unlicensed practitioners.
• Prescription medications without proper authorization.
• False claims about animal treatments or products.
• Content violating intellectual property rights.

4. Data Privacy and Security

• The Advertiser will collect, use, and store user data in compliance with Microsoft’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• User consent must be obtained for data collection, and data must be secured against unauthorized access.

5. Representations and Warranties
The Advertiser represents that:

• All Ads and landing pages are owned by or licensed to the Advertiser.
• Ads do not infringe on third-party rights or contain defamatory material.

6. Indemnification
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Breach of this Agreement.
• Violation of laws or Microsoft Advertising Policies.

7. Termination
Microsoft Advertising may suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately if the Advertiser violates policies. The Advertiser may terminate by ceasing Ads and providing written notice.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.

By using Microsoft Advertising, VETERINARIANS INTERNATIONAL INC acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement.
